Primary Care Physician

A leading Primary Care Provider based in Williston, Vermont are looking to recruit a ‘Doctor of Medicine’.
 
The role is paying up to $142,200K and is on a permanent contract.
 
 You MUST have experience working as a Doctor of Medicine
 
The role incorporates the following -

• Present in clinic 32 hours per week, providing care to 16-18 patients per full clinic day.
  The option to add a fifth day of patient care exists.
• Develop a good working relationship with the administrative and clinical staff team to
  provide efficient, high-quality patient care.
• Perform suturing and clinical procedures as trained.
• Professional demeanor and up-to-date familiarity with clinical practice guidelines and
  appropriate use of technology.
• Provide mentoring for the clinical staff to promote professional development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and the clinical leadership team to improve the
  quality of care and promote a collaborative culture and contribute to the continuing
  growth of the practice.
• Review the job performance of their medical assistant and nursing staff on a regular basis
  and contribute to performance reviews.

Skills / Experience Required-

• Previous experience as a Doctor of Medicine. 
• Keen to work in a family-feel Physician-owned clinic
